I have always loved interior decorating. Being in the artistic field most of my
life, I extending my decorating ideas in 2004 by attending a school for floral
design.
When I finished school, I had a dream in the back of my mind of opening a
country, primitive, home decor store.
I was excited to be able to expand myself with my floral design, as well as other
artists with unique, hand designed, one of a kind items.
I spent months of research, and many hours of work, to find the right design for
my store as well as the right people make these items.
I now have the most wonderful, creative, people who have helped with my
"dream come true". They are each amazingly talented and I am honored to
have their talents in my store.
Joni Turcotte, NH Folk Artist
Joni is self taught and has been painting folk art for eight years. Although her
specialty is furniture and tin ware, she never passes a yard sale or antique shop
without checking things out. This has given her the opportunity to bring new
life to some wonderful "one of a kind" treasures.
I am honored to have Joni's studio within our store. Folks drop by to view her
paintings and bring her their treasures to make special. Please stop on by to
